But I do know he just traded a Laguna Seca (edit: interlagos) blue E46 M3 for an F30 320i. So much wat. (I have nothing against turbo 4 BMWs or F30s for the record)

F30 has a warranty, E46 did not and was probably becoming a money pit.

That's the first thing I thought. Scary thing to happen to someone, I really hope I can be a pillar of support through this transition period. I've seen fetucitis happen so many times in my lifetime. (All kidding aside, I think I'll sneak his 320 away overnight and replace it with an E39 M5. You know, as a first neighborly gesture!)
